For five days in September, noted local and regional artists will be painting at locations around North Lake Tahoe. On the following Saturday and Sunday, September 11th and 12th there will be an Exhibition, Art sale, Dinner and Auction at Northstar Resort to benefit The Truckee Land Trust and North Tahoe Arts.

"LOCAL LAND" has more than 50 recent paintings of the Marin County and Northern California Landscape from Christin Coy and Richard Lindenberg. This is the first time the two have exhibited a large body of their plein-air and studio work together. While they often paint side-by-side, their individual choices show an interesting diversity of style and composition.

22nd Annual Mini Show
Location: Bolinas Museum, 48 Wharf Rd., Bolinas, CA

Bolinas Museum is the only art museum in Marin County and is located in the small beach town of Bolinas in West Marin. Each year in November they fill their gallery with beautiful and interesting little miniatures created by over 80 local artists. All the pieces in the show have to be under 6"x6" framed! I have participated in the Mini Show for over 10 years and each year I look forward to creating these small landscape paintings of West Marin.
